In line with the flourishing ecosystem and a receptive consumers profile, the UK Government has expressed an ambition ,in its Food Strategy, to develop its food system through food innovation such as alternative proteins. The UK is leading this global phenomenon through several public funded initiatives, including collaboration with universities and stakeholders to make it an ideal setting for NPD.
