Degree in Biological Sciences from the UPV, Master in Biotechnology (Strachclyde University), in Business Administration (ESEUNE) and in Food Business Management (San Telmo International Institute). Jon Ander Egaña has solid experience in management fields in different companies and entities in the food sector such as Ikertek Diagnostics, Azti, the Lekunberri Lactological Institute and the Basque Food Cluster, which he hasdirected for more than ten years.
