I’ve been at the fish monguer’s purchaising department for 25 years now. Currently I’m the Fresh fish commercial head at Eroski group. I’m in charge of a fish buyers team for all fresh fish (bulk and MAP), chilled products such as smoked salmon or surmi. I also coordinate everything related to the fish monger with all other departments (logistics, quality dpt., marketing, communication, etc.).
Degree in Chemistry by Basque Country University and Strathclyde University, Scotland 1997.
