Teresa De Juan is a gastro-food professional with a background in Nutrition (University of Zaragoza) and an MSc in Gastronomic Sciences from the Basque Culinary Center. She is the lead writer and project manager of “Arroces: Técnica y Esencia” (2025) and currently works as Ecosystem Associate at Eatable Adventures, where she connects startups with key industry players to drive innovation in agrifoodtech.
