He specializes in strategy development, new business development and execution, marketing, M&A, partnerships, etc. He has a deep knowledge of culinary trends and players in the industry, and has appeared in numerous seminars, panel discussions and media outlets both in Japan and abroad. He is the author of “Foodtech Revolution: A 700 Trillion Yen New Industry: The Evolution and Redefinition of Food” (Nikkei BP, July 2020).
