Hernán is the Co-founder and CTO of The Food Chainers. A physicist with a PhD and 15+ years of R&D experience, he has led interdisciplinary teams in IoT, big data, and blockchain across Europe and LATAM. Formerly at CNEA, CIEMAT, and other leading research institutions, he has built scalable platforms for secure data and intellectual asset traceability. At TFC, Hernán leads the technological architecture, developing secure, blockchain-based infrastructures that enable IP protection, compliance, and interoperability across the agri-food innovation chain.
