He has over 10 years of experience in the food industry, participating in clinical studies and research on healthy eating. He currently works at Fruselva as Director of Innovation or R&D, where he leads the development of food products, especially focused on infant nutrition and health, including projects aimed at preventing obesity and improving nutritional quality.
