Pharmacist and Master in Innovation, Safety and Food Technologies.
Throughout my professional experience, I have led management and entrepreneurship projects, as well as held positions of responsibility in quality and R&D&i within the food industry. This enables me to combine science, quality, and business vision in my consulting and new product development work.
Currently, I am a Senior Research Technician at the University of Santiago de Compostela, where I am responsible for managing R&D&i projects at the Dairy Products and Food Technologies Center.
