Volver a Blog Honorio Vergara Domínguez May 14, 2022 I started my professional career in 2008 at the Department of Pigment Biochemistry of the Instituto de la Grasa (CSIC) where I studied my PhD specializing in the metabolism and transformation of olive chlorophyll pigments during the olive oil and table olive production processes. In 2016 I joined Aceitunas Guadalquivir as R&D Manager developing new processes for table olive production.
