Began his professional career at Nabisco Iberia, where he worked for 16 years. After the incorporation of Panrico Donuts to Bimbo Iberia, he was, until 2021, also R&D Director of Bimbo Iberia. As of 2021, he is the R&D Director of Bimbo Iberia for New Businesses.
