Ignacio Urcola

Born in San Sebastian in 1977, I studied naval engineering in Madrid. During my early working years, I gained experience in various areas related to ship operations. Since 2007, I have been the managing director of Velaspex, an industrial fishing company, where I initially adjusted the capabilities to the company’s fishing quotas and then focused the company on generating value for its products. I hold an MBA from IE and a Diploma of Advanced Studies in naval engineering.
