At WhatIF Foods, Sylvie is part of the core team which successfully launched in Singapore the first regenerative plant-based milk, the BamNut Milk. Now, she is working on the development of this product category in other parts of the world, especially in the US and in Europe. Sylvie is also leading the assessment of the climate footprint of the organization. She is excited to contribute to foods for the future through WhatIF Foods work – turning regenerative forgotten crops into delicious foods.
