Degree in Biology from the University of Navarra and PhD from the University of the Basque Country. She is Senior Researcher in Food & Health Area. It has more than 25 years of experience in carrying out R+D+i projects, being its lines of specialization: Probiotics and postbiotics, both in biotechnological processes for obtaining, purification and stabilization as well as in the study of metabolic processes involved in the production of postbiotics in precision fermentation processes.
