Leyre is graduated in Human Nutrition, Graduated in Food Technology, Msc in Food Technology and PhD in Food Science and Technology. She has been working in R&D area of CNTA since 2015, the last 4 years as R&D Project Manager. Some of lastest projects she has managed are related with the identification and caracterization of meat alternative protein ingredients; the nutritional, sensorial and technological analisis of plant based Ingredients; and the development of meat and fish analogues
