Born in Reus, Spain he was curious to understand natural sciences from an early childhood. Double graduated in Biotechnology and Biochemistry from Rovira i Virgili University, he decided to dedicate his efforts to the biomedical research where he was granted with a full-time scholarship to study a Master degree in Nutrition and Metabolism to later access the Doctorate program in the Nutrigenomics field. In 2015, he joined Global Fruslva as a scientific and technological manager.
