Starting at 9:00 am at NH Collection Villa de Bilbao, we will visit the Basque Culinary Center, a pioneering academic institution worldwide, created by eight of the top Basque chefs along with Mondragon University, and with the involvement of eleven of the most influential chefs in the world aimed to promote gastronomy and nutrition.

At the Basque Culinary Center our main aim is higher education, research, innovation and promotion of gastronomy as a lever of social-economic development through the Faculty of Gastronomic Sciences and the Centre for Research and Innovation.

Next stop will be AZTI Center, where you will discover the center where AZTI Team developes their Research to face the future challenges for Food & Beverage industry.

The tour will end by 2:00pm at NH Collection Villa de Bilbao.
