International journalists are invited to join Food 4 Future World Summit 2022 on 17- 19 May in Bilbao, Spain

The Food 4 Future World Summit 2022 is Europe’s largest international food tech congress on innovation technology covering all topics in the food and beverage industry from food processing, food packaging, food science, food safety, automation and robotics, artificial intelligence, industry 4.0 to intralogistics. The Summit represents a unique opportunity for plant directors, production managers, and C-level managers from around the world to discover the latest innovations and trends in the food industry, gather together, and enjoy excellent networking in one of the Spanish most vibrant cities.

The event will feature high-quality content, ideas, models, projects, and innovative solutions that will help to transform the manufacturing plants into highly productive centers thanks to advanced technology. Over three days, attendees will enjoy more than 56 conferences in our 5 scenarios, where more than 300 top industry leaders will offer us several forums and agendas carefully designed for each professional profile and vertical industry.

 

Who can apply for a Press Pass? 

A free Press Pass will be issued to journalists working for daily or non-daily publications as well as online media (including freelance journalists) for recognised:

  • Journals, magazines, news publications, and specialists’ blogs
  • Technical press
  • News agencies
  • Broadcast media
  • Web publications
  • Photographers,
  • Technicians, producers, and cameramen.
  • Analysts and Industry experts

The organizers of Food 4 Future 2022 reserve the right to refuse a free Press Pass.

Students from Journalism, audiovisual communications, or media schools can not obtain a press pass.

 

Press Registration

In order to access Food 4 Future 2022, you can apply for accreditation through the following button.

Once an accreditation request is approved, a confirmation will be sent to the email used when registering.

Media passes can also be collected at the venue. Journalists can pick up credentials at the media accreditation desk at the entrance of BEC – Bilbao Exhibition Centre (see here for location and hours). You will be required to show an identification card.

All journalists granted access to Food 4 Future can use the Press Area provided for journalists and access to the show and congress area.

To access the venue, it is recommended to print out your badge. Bringing the print-out will speed up your registration process and prevent long queues.

Hosted Press Programme

This is an exclusive program for international media who would like to request coverage of accommodation and travel expenses for their visit to Food 4 Future.

Who can participate in the Hosted Press Programme?

The Programme is targeted at media professionals from international media companies. It aims to ensure the attendance of national and international media professionals. Journalists who enroll in this program will benefit from the total or partial payment of their accommodation and travel expenses and enjoy a series of special conditions for visiting Food 4 Future.

 

What are the benefits of participating in the Programme?
  • Full or partial coverage of accommodation and travel expenses.
  • Free Press Pass badge gives preferential access to the show every day.
  • Permanent access to the Press Area: a rest area, bar service, business centre, and internet.
  • Dedicated service during the show available at the Press Area.

Press Area

There will be a Press Area at the Food 4 Future 2022 venue, the BEC- Bilbao, where we will produce and distribute press materials. We will host a variety of conferences throughout the event and are happy to arrange press interviews for you or facilitate access to expert opinions from leading industry analysts. This will also give you access to the schedule of special press events.

Accredited journalists will be able to work and use the Press Area during the three-day show.

Media professionals can get free and easy access to the latest Food 4 Future 2022 exhibitor press releases, and take a deeper dive into partners’ press kits.

 

Credentials policy

Media accreditation is strictly reserved for members of the press who represent a media organization.

The Press Area is only open to members of the working press. Identification may be required when you apply, such as a copy of a press card issued by a recognised institute of journalists or union, or equivalent proof of employment by a publication or broadcaster. Freelance journalists may be required to send evidence of previous publications.

Participants will be responsible for any other expenses that the organisers do not agree to cover when acceptance into the Hosted Press programme is confirmed.
