Consultant and lecturer on innovation-based territorial development strategies and policies and RDi management for the agri-food sector, with a broad experience in Europe and Latam. Councilor for Education (2011-2013) and Mayor (2013-2018) of Albatàrrec (Spain). Founding partner of AKIS International, and part-time lecturer at UdL.
