Dra Silvia Quintela, senior researcher in the Food & Health Area at TECNALIA. She has long-standing professional experience in R&D in the food sector. She has worked on numerous national and international projects obtaining active extracts from different sources and in the development of new ingredients applying innovative technologies. She has published several articles in high-impact scientific journals.
