Sejal brings more than two decades of experience dedicated to the Agrifood sector. He has been Head of Innovation in companies such as Pascual Innoventures, Nestlé, GBFoods and Northern Foods. He has led several investments in the sector and has a huge network in the European Agrifood ecosystem. Sejal holds a PhD in food systems rheology and a degree in biochemical engineering from University College of London. He also completed the Venture Capital Executive Program at Berkeley, California.
