Ramón Perisé, originally from Tremp, a small Catalan village. A member of the R&D department at Mugaritz since 2011, he leads creativity and research projects from a multidisciplinary perspective, exploring proposals ranging from the gastronomy-health binomial, science, art… to the latest technologies applied to multi-sensory experiences, as well as experimenting with ferments.His informative work has led him to give lectures at numerous universities, including MIT and Harvard University.
