Paulo Silveira is a food engineer who graduated from Unicamp in 1982, with an MBA from Fundação Getulio Vargas, in 1987. He also joined international courses like Marketing Strategy, at Columbia University; Mergers and Acquisition – at Wharton University; IMD – in Business Strategy. He was CEO of Danisco Ingredients for Latam. He was awarded the TOP FIVE EXECUTIVES IN BRAZIL in 1999. He is the founder of the FOOD TECH HUB Latam, an ecosystem for food innovation in Latin America.
