Position:
I have been working at ELIKA, the Basque Food Safety Foundation belonging to the Basque Government since it was funded in 2001. I am the research Coordinator supporting the Basque agro-food chain operators and research institutions to participate in food safety projects. Besides, I coordinate the participation in European projects and networks in the field of Food Safety and Sustainability and the scientific cooperation with EFSA.
