With 20+ years of international experience in FMCG and Horeca sectors, she manages innovation programs with focus on Healthy Nutrition and Protein Diversification at EIT FOOD since 2018. She previously worked at Kraft Foods and Burger King, and consulted large food industry companies on clean label and sustainability product strategy. She holds a B.S and M.A. in Food Science and Technology from Universitá degli Studi di Milano and a PDD Executive Education from IESE Business School.
