Kizkitza Castander Illarramendi  

My name is Kizkitza Castander, I am a Biochemist and specialized in Food Development and Innovation. During my professional career I worked as product developer in different companies like BDN food, Danone and Mondelez international. After these experiences I realized that I want to be part of the change, and focus my career in the sustainable food production. Nowadays I’m part of the MOA foodtech team. Our objective is to work with the industry to make a more sustainable food system together.
