Graduated in Agri-Food Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Valencia, with 2 Masters in Food Science and Engineering and an MBA specializing in startups. Also founder of the startup AGRARI, incubated by Glovo and awarded a scholarship to study at UC Berkeley, one of the leading universities in the Silicon Valley ecosystem. Currently FoodTech Venture Analyst at Plug and Play.
