Co-founder and CEO of Ekonoke, a knowledge-based startup working on ensuring sustainable production of crops with high climate risk, particularly hops. Inés has a broad international experience, having lived in 10 different countries and worked in over 20 over the past 25 years. After her successful experience consulting in sustainable economic development, she founded the startup in order to address how to produce better food with a lower environmental impact and greater climate resiliency.
