Position:
Titular Researcher of IFAPA Center Venta del Llano, PhD degree in Department of chemical, environmental and materials engineering of the University of Jaén. My postdoc period was carried out at the School of Food Bioscience of University of Reading and IFAPA Center Venta del Llano. My research topics are related to the optimization and digitalization of the virgin olive oil extraction process studying the effect of the process variables on oil yield and oil characteristics.
