Cesare Varallo

Cesare is a food lawyer in Italy and a global advisor on food safety, food labeling, and food regulatory issues. In July 2013 he founded the blog foodlawlatest.com and started his independent consultancy activity with a hybrid team of legal and scientific experts. Now he is a partner at LegisLAB, a law firm strongly committed to innovating the legal profession in regulated markets. He teaches in several Universities and he’s a regular speaker and chairman at international events.
