Position:
Carlos Bald (1963). PhD in biology. Master in Quality Management. Principal Researcher in the area for Efficient and sustainable processes, he works in AZTI since 1996, where he has participated in several R&D National and Regional funded projects and in 11 international projects in the domain of new products development and the valorization of food industry by-products. Nowadays his main fields of interest are the circular economy and the alternative proteins.
