In this table, we will talk about the different ways of relating food tech startups with large corporations, both when looking for a financial partner and a client that allows them to scale their business model. We will also address the different strategies that corporations follow when it comes to innovating, both those that do so as an internal process versus those that prefer alliances with startups that allow them more flexible models.
