The TheHop ecosystem of Estrella Galicia a benchmark for open innovation in the food service sector, in just 4 years has achieved: Analysing more than 1,000 startups, developing 30 pilot projects with the Business Units and changed the cultural Mindset of the company around open and strategic innovation.
