This session will cover different aspects related to the application of omic technologies ( genomics, transcriptomics, metabolomics, microbiota) for healthy food and nutraceuticals development. TECNOMIFOOD, a network of five tecnological centers in Spain (EURECAT, AINIA, ANFACO, AZTI, CNTA) will share their expertise to support the food industry in new developments.
