Correlations between shopping patterns and dietary disparities, differences in food purchasing habits and strategies across income levels, and other socioeconomic characteristics have been used to deliver a shopping experience. However, in a global and digital world, has classic segmentation become obsolete, and do we have to look at new purchasing patterns by offering unique value propositions?
