Precision fermentation is the dominant technology for obtaining alternative proteins, both for complementing plant-based products as to directly generate equal but animal-free alternatives. Levprot Bioscience has the capacity to develop and implement it: e.g. the production of brazzein, a plant-based protein 2000 times sweeter than sugar.
