  • Healthy diet helps us prevent/delay the development of possible chronic diseases. In the coming years, it is estimated that the percentage of the elderly population will grow, and in some parts of the world, it will reach rates of over 30%. In this large population group, we will find Active Seniors +50 years old, Active Retired Seniors, Seniors with health problems, and Dependent Seniors. The needs of these segments in health and wellness are different. From the food industry, it must develop solutions adapted to each of these population segments, covering the needs of convenience, smaller formats, and healthy recipes at an adequate price.
