Food safety is not a solved issue, and it is always a challenge. In this session we will explore food safety challenges from two perspectives. On the one hand, it will be analysed the drivers impacting food safety and the established policies to enhance it. On the other hand, it will be provided an insight into the implementation of a food safety culture in the food industry.
