In this session, we would love to talk about what is going on in Japan and share the exciting movement and players. In the course of presentation, we expect audience to feel more on collaboration between Japan and Spain/Europe and visit Japan toward food innovation. (We will touch upon food innovation map ver. 3.0 in the presentation and we have some  printed version of the map. Not too many though ;-))
