How these technologies are changing human-machine relationships, interpersonal relationships, access to information and offering new opportunities such as to speed up food formulation. They will allow the industry to redefine the entire traditional food development process towards a more agile and predictive workflow, data treatment facilitating both local and global decisión-making. In the meantime, the growing importance of cybersecurity in industrial and manufacturing environments continues to be, in general, a pending issue in strategic agendas.
