Carlos Bald (1963). PhD in biology. Master degree in Quality Management. Since 1996 principal scientist in AZTI, he has assessed several food companies in the implementation of quality management systems and has participated as researcher and principal scientist in several R&D National and Regional funded projects and in 11 international projects in the domain of the valorization of food industry by-products as well as in food product development involving food companies.
